About Sully ~ 2 year old Terrier X (on trial 5/8/18)
Sully is one good looking dude. But good looking doesn't mean without faults. This two year old around 5kg Terrier X could be amazing with some training.
Sully is an intelligent boy, so is infinitely trainable. Sully is a one person babe, loves to be with you, wherever you are, by your side. Sully will growl at your partner, your neighbour, anyone dropping by. Sully needs to learn its ok to share you. Sully is fine home alone, he is not one to bark, but he will sulk.
Sully is housetrained, living and sleeping inside, he walks well on the lead but would benefit from more training. Sully likes to chews things, toys, bedding and nipping arms, ankles and feet, one wonders if the cross is a blue heeler. He enjoys a bath and a brush.
Sully hasn't been tested with children, cats or pocket pets and maybe one day he would be great but we would like to see him get the training he needs first. Sully is a total sweetheart but at the moment he is a one person dog. Now if only the right person adopted Sully and trained him, opening his horizons, wouldn't that be awesome.
For more information or to meet Sully, please contact his foster carer Anne on anne4drn@gmail.com Sully is in foster care in SIngleton, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Sully’s adoption fee is $450 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
