About Daina ~ Wolfhound x Pointer (on trial 4/8/18)
Howdy! I'm Daina and full of life. I'm a big 8 weeks old and almost a grown up! Ok, not really but I'd like to be. I've got long legs and a playful, cheeky personality. When it's dinner time, I'll let you know as I love my food!
I sleep inside in the laundry with my siblings and love to boss them around when we play Ie use puppy pads and newspapers to toilet on.
My new family will need to take me places to see new and exciting things so that I become the best family doggy I can be. I am still learning and need to be loved by somebody who is committed to my ongoing training.
If you would love for me to be a part of your family, I'd love to tell you what I am looking for:
* Someone who can spend time teaching me
* I'd prefer somebody home but if you have a furry friend to keep me occupied then that would be ok too.
* I need high fencing (colourbond or timber) as I am going to grow into a big girl when I'm older.
As Daina is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Daina, please send the application form http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt.html to my foster mum Kelly on adoptmefromkelly@hotmail.com Dora is currently in foster care at Central Coast.
Daina’s adoption fee is $550 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms.
Medical notes
Happy and healthy puppy.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
