About Roo
Roo has now been vet checked desexed vaccinated wormed flea treated and Has recovered well.
She's Been in care a few weeks now with my family ( and about two weeks in Warburton with our carers there before travel)
So far we know she's a female jr x cattle dog around 8-10 months old. She is good with other dogs and hasn't bothered my very confident cats however Occasionally is a bit too interested with chickens/ birds in the yard she walks and chases them probably as a food source from when she had none, she is got much better but I wouldn't trust her 100% with free range chickens.
She is not food aggressive the puppy's can eat out of her bowl with her and we can take away and pick up her food with no negative behaviour.
She does like to chew but thankfully as we've provided her with ropes toys and chew treats she has not chewed anything she should t have however I feel she would if she didn't have other things to keep her occupied. She has dug the occasional hole but mostly to lay in it!
Roo also like to be in high places often durning the day you'll find her on the chairs to the outdoor setting snoozing in the sun and on many occasions she's used that outdoor chair to get on the table and sleep there!
Roo loves human attention especially from the children. She is not yet fully house trained as I would assume before coming into care she's never been in a house. However she is smart and I do think she'll adapt to a family quickly.
