About Simba
Simba still has to have his vet check and would suit only dog home :-)
Simba is a pure bred long haired German Shepherd with the most superb double coat and isn’t he just the most beautiful boy you have ever seen?
He has the most gentle nature and he would ideally love to find a family he can be with all the time. He is very sensitive and has come from a family break down, So ideally we are looking for a stable environment for him. When he came to us he took quite a while to rehabilitate, He was a shaking anxious mess who was very thin. A lot of love and maintenance has been poured into this boy to get him where he is today and we don’t ever want to see him like that again. We are very keen to find him just the right family to suit his needs.
He is a smart boy who is eager to please and learns very quickly. Simba does not dig or tear things up and he is not a fence jumper, in fact if the fence is left open he will stay behind it.
He is not malicious or aggressive. Simba is a good guard dog and protects his house willingly. He loves kids of all ages.
Although, Simba is not good with cats or pocket pets. He’s ok with other dogs when he gets to know them but I think he would prefer to be the only dog, with lots of attention.
Simmy needs a bit of care, his double coat needs a brush at least once per week or it tends to get knots. In saying that he is well behaved for a groom and he enjoys a nice warm hydro bath.
He has been a joy to have in our care and he will be missed. But he is ready for his forever home. Enquiries Chris 0406612339 Simba is located at Belmont
