About Rogue
Rogue I Siberian Husky I Female I 2y 7mo old
Rogue is a very loving girl that is being rehomed as her currently family doesn't have the time to look after her.
Rogue enjoys nothing more than spending time with her human family. She is very people oriented and her new family will need to include her as part of family and take her to family outings. Rogue has great manners inside the home and her new home will have to make space for her on the lounge so she can watch the news curled up next to you :) as per attached photo!
However loving she is, Rogue is a Siberian Husky girl that will not disappoint in her cheeky husky ways. She is stubborn and she will be happy to tell you off if she is not happy with your decision! She will not hold back on arguing to express exactly how she feels. Rogue loves her digging in typical husky style and will need dig proof fencing that is at 6ft at a minimum.
Rogue is a great family dog, and her owners have put in a lot of time into her. She has attended ongoing obedience school and she loves working for her humans at her local weekly school. Rogue is very food driven and she will not miss an opportunity to get some extra food from you which can help you with her ongoing training. Her new family will be keen to continue her training.
Rogue has great lead manners and doesn't pull as she was trained to walk next to a pram. She loves her daily walks, and at her young age she will need two daily walks to keep her happy. She is very playful and will enjoy a game of fetch, but she is not a good sport getting cranky if another dog gets her ball. She also loves playing chase in the yard with her humans and will do zoomies when she is happy and excited! Then to top it up she will enjoy going for a swim and deservedly receive her favourite treat : a peanut butter kong!
Rogue has lived with children, and due to her size she will best suited to a family with kids age 12 or older. She is good with other dogs, but she can bossy at times so she will need to meet any potential siblings to ensure suitability. She has lived with cats in her home, so there is potential she will be ok living with cats, but there is no guarantee that she will treat a new cat as a member of the family.
