Azusa

As you can see by her attentive gaze and wriggling body, Azusa is a young and active girl who will best suit an accordingly dynamic lifestyle. Sociable and lively, Azusa will need a family who can take her on daily walks and adventures, and be ready to commit to ongoing training.

While residing here at the shelter Azusa has been working on her loose leash walking and learning lots of basic skills. Expanding her repertoire of tricks should be easy as this food and toy motivated pup is both clever and attentive...though at times she can lose focus and be a little silly! Time for play will help Azusa burn some physical energy, but most important will be plenty of enrichment such as long-lasting treats and puzzle toys to keep her happy and busy, especially while everyone is out of the house. When all of the day's work is done, Azusa would love nothing more than a cosy spot by the lounge and some quality family time.

Azusa's enthusiastic greetings and style of play can be intimidating to the smallest members of the family, so she will do best in a home with older children (over 12 years of age) who can get on board with her ongoing training. With a continuation of the training Azusa has been receiving here at the shelter, she will no doubt be a happy and well-mannered family member in her new home.
