About Maddy
Meet Maddy!
This sweet semi-senior girl is looking for a home with someone with all the time in the world for a quiet guinea pig. She’s got a very timid nature with people but just loves to snuggle on the couch, have a snack and watch some tv. At four Maddy is ready for a life of leisure where she can be pampered by a new human family.
Maddy is an exception to some of the rules here at QLD Guinea Pig Refuge... she just will not have a bar of sharing her life with a guinea pig friend. After trailing her with every female and desexed male here at the shelter (and some others who have visited in search of a friend) it’s become clear her bossy personality just isn‘t interested in sharing life with a furry friend.
Due to being housed alone Maddy is only available to a home where she will be kept inside with the hustle and bustle of human activity. She’s only available to a home without children and needs someone who has the time to provide her with lots of attention.
