About Chloe
Chloe, Kelpie. Approx 3 months old. High energy, loves to run, loves toys and a good tug of war. Currently in foster care with a 2 year old Kelpie x (Tilly) and thoroughly enjoys her company.
Also in foster company with her is a border collie, kelpie and a silkie terrier and has a lovely time with all.
Chloe has a sweet little traditional kelpie stalk on her but as yet doesn't show the patience of your traditional worker and instead of calmly and quickly approaching her prey, she tends to stalk, wait, get excited, wriggle and then run in for the wrestle and play.
She does love to chew so a home ready with toys and activity will certainly be an advantage. As she is still a pup, this should be something that she grows out of.
She has great recall and loves a cuddle with the kids or adults alike. She can get a bit nippy still, but once again, being a pup, a combination of growth and basic training for her stops that behavior.
Currently due to the cold weather she has been sleeping in a crate at night and is very happy with that set up. She is currently located in Coalville, five minutes from Moe.
** The adopter of Chloe will please need to take her for her final puppy vaccination at one of our vets in either Moe, Boronia or Cheltenham. The adopter of Chloe will also need to take her for desexing at one of our vets in 1-2 months time. Both of these appointments will be covered by Farmdogz Rescue.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1. You see a dog you like.
2. Fill in our online adoption form by clicking here or on our website. Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form. This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.
http://farmdogz.com.au/adoption-application-form/
3. If your are successful, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a meet and greet at your home and conduct a yard check at the same time.
4. Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2 week trial period immediately. Adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
During the 2 week trial period, should you decide that this dog is not for you, you are welcome to return the dog (the more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available) and your payment will be retunded to you in full, within 3 business days of the return of the dog.
**PLEASE NOTE: WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US BEFORE FILLING IN OUR ONLINE ADOPTION FORM**.
We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.
