About Rupert
Rupert the great.
Such a personality on this handsome fella. A cheeky puppy who is looking for someone to adore him.
Fun loving and social, Rupert is very well socialised with other dogs already at such a young age and he is looking for a home that can continue this as he grows and develops.
A home that is willing to continue both his training and socialisation with the outside world. He loves going out and about. The car has shown to be a favourite of his, he can sometimes still get a little upset tummy but he is working on that.
A smart boy who has crate trained himself and shown to adapt to the leash well. He is working on his complete toilet training and inside manners as well as his basic obedience but being so smart; he will easily listen to direction in his new home.
Another playful and guiding dog in his new home would suit him best, he really does enjoy the company. Big or small he is happy with anyone willing to rumble and tumble so due to this he is not suitable to a home as an only dog.
We think he could suit a home where his new human work as long as he has that canine company. He must be allowed inside with his new family at night so he can be close by.
Fencing over 5ft that’s safe and secure is best suited but he would easily suit a home with rural fencing also. We don’t quite know what he is mixed with so we are guessing he will be between 25-35 kilos when fully grown.
He has met some cats and is best not suited to a home with these. Although young he has shown some working breed antics with them.
He has met a few kids in his travels and was social with them so a home with these would suit. But it must be remembered that being a young puppy he still hasn’t mastered not jumping up for excitement.
Rupert is ready for his new home and his adoption fee is $500. He is located in the Newcastle region.
