About Annabelle
Hi there, my name is Annabelle.
I am a quiet girl looking for a second chance. I came into care after I was saved from deathrow with my babies. I've been in care for a while now, but I have been busy raising my babies, who all turned into beautiful young kittens. They've all grown up now and found their forever homes so now it is my turn.
My confidence has grown a lot since being in care, but I would prefer a home that is nice and quiet, somewhere were I can relax and be at peace. I like to just keep to myself but I also like the occasional snuggle on the couch with my humans, watching our favourite tv shows. I have lived with other cats, and dogs but prefer to have some space to be with my owner. I take time to trust other cats but eventually live in peace with them.
Adoption details
Once you are ready to adopt, please complete the OTC Adoption Application questionnaire below. This is not a contract or agreement of any kind, just an expression of interest in the animal. We will not authorise meets unless this has been completed and only approved applications may meet the cats. Once you are approved and have submitted all relevant information, we will organise for you to meet the cat at your home, or in a public place. If you have other animals they must be at the meet.
If at the meet, you and the cat get along- you have the option of either taking the cat on the spot (in exchange for the full adoption fee paid upfront, and contract signed)- or placing the cat on hold for up to 2 days without any holding fee applicable. When adoption begins you will be provided with 7 days' worth of food for the cat, as well as what brand and type of food it is, so that you may change their diet carefully and slowly, or purchase more, if needed.
*PLEASE NOTE we do not hold cats for 3 days or longer, without a non-refundable holding deposit of $100. If you are unwilling to put a deposit on the cat, we will continue to advertise and speak with other potential adopters and so you may miss out. We have had to make the deposit non refundable to avoid time-wasters.
During the trial period, should the pet become ill, you must present it to the OTC-approved vet clinic in your area and OTC will cover any treatment needed.
On commencement of the trial period, OTC will send you a copy of your signed contract, the vaccination cards, desexing certificate and microchip number implant details.
So. Ready to roll? Then fill out the attached short form, and we will be in contact to successful applicants asap. Feel free to follow us up via Facebook page inbox.
