About Ash (CaV18-145)
Hi There, my name is Ash. Okay first things first - I know I'm quite unusual looking and rather dashing. My colouring is called 'red point' and is usually only found in breeds like siamese and ragdolls. All my siblings were pure white but somewhere back in my family tree, you'll find a fancy breed!
When I arrived at the pound I was very very scared and shy. Luckily, my sister Cinders and I have been staying with really awesome foster carers who have helped us come out of our shells.
I still startle easily and take a little while to adjust so it's important for you to know that I'll need time and patience to settle into my new home. It will be worth it in the long run of course, as I'm such a darling boy!
I'm more cuddly than my sister (once you get hold of me that is!) and I'm a huge purrer. I love lots of attention (I know that won't be a problem - who WOULDN't want to lavish attention on me?!) Oh and I also love food.
Like any kitten I also have plenty of energy and love to play so lots of toys will keep me happy.
I have been living with adult cats and also a dog in my foster home so if you have existing animal family members that's okay by me, we just need a sensible introduction please. I will need to live totally indoors due to my very pale colours.
Can you take me home??
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely animals. We love them all and we hope you will too.
If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
