About Cob Loaf (CaV18-156)
Hi there, I'm Cob Loaf.
That's a funny name, you say? Well yes, I guess it is. But it describes me very well. Have you ever experienced the delight that is a cob loaf in real life? It's a big loaf of bread with a load of dip in it and you break off bits of the bread to use to eat the dip. It's an amazing concept. And so am I.
If you go to a party and there's a Cob Loaf there, I can tell you where all the fun is going to be happening. That's right, it's around the loaf.
And it's the same with me - if there's a party, I'll be front and centre.
I am SO darn cute. I love to roll around and make sweet little chirpy sounds. But mostly I LOVE to play. I'm not a lazy lay-around kitty, oh no not I! I'm basically still an 8 week old kitten in the body of an almost-full-grown cat.
Which is pretty great because I have boundless energy and love to play and I'm super entertaining to have around and did I mention I'm really really affectionate and very easy to love? Well I am.
But where was I? Oh yes, the only small problem is that I don't have 8 week old sized claws, I have somewhat bigger claws and sometimes I get a bit carried away with them.
For this reason I'm not suited to small children, or anyone who wants a really gentle cat because unfortunately that's not quite me. I'd be great for a family who entertains often because I would like to greet your guests and then show them that I'm more interesting than you are.
I'm basically a cat for someone who wants a LOT of personality and a fair bit of spunk and cheekiness. I'm a cat who will always make you laugh. You can teach me a little bit about having better manners sometimes but mostly I just want you to love me for who I am.
Did I mention that I need to be your only feline? Sorry about that but to be honest, I have enough personality for several cats so you'll be fine. I don't like to share the limelight so don't try. A dog should be okay, as long as his name is Carrot Sticks or something, so that everyone at the party knows I'm the cooler one. Just sayin'
Anyway, just take me home already!
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely animals. We love them all and we hope you will too.
If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
