About Hector
Handsome Hector is an Amstaff born on 1st June, 2014 who can't wait to find his forever home.
Hector has one of the most cute "seal pup" faces you will ever see and when you put his lovable and affectionate nature along with it - how could you resist this gorgeous boy!
A little bit of a shy boy, Hector hasn't experienced a lot of human affection or attention in his life and he can take a little while to come out of his shell - although he is getting better as each day passes. Hector has come a long way since being here with us, however he will need a calm and patient owner who is prepared to ensure that he knows that his life is all about to get a whole lot better!
Hector shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety. As with all dogs, we would recommend that he be allowed inside in a safe place during thunderstorms and fireworks.
Although he did previously live with other dogs, he is very dominant and we would recommend that he be the only dog in the home, especially as he is settling in to his new environment. Through testing, Hector seemed to want to play with the resident chicken, but once pecked, he was quite scared!
Hector has a gorgeous nature once he knows you and is a joy to be around at all times. He is a stunning boy who would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Hector will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention. He would suit most family dynamics.
This incredibly beautiful young man will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Hector's adoption fee is $450 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Hector is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
