Poppy

Hi everyone! My name is Poppy and I am a 7 year old Jack Russell x Foxy.

I love to snuggle up under a blanket on the couch and have my belly rubbed. I do like to play with other dogs but being wrapped up in a blanket near you is my favourite.

I’m a loyal girl and I love to be with people. I get a bit anxious and stressed when you leave me alone so I take some tablets to help calm me down. Sometimes I try to escape to come and find you by digging out and chewing through flu screens. For this reason my foster Mum thinks I’m best suited to a home with an older person who is home a lot or with someone who can take me with them everywhere so I don’t get stressed out.

I sometimes go to Doggy Daycare when my foster Mum is at work, and I love it, so if my new forever family can’t take me for some reason, I would love to be at daycare with my friends so I don’t fret or injure myself trying to escape.

My needs in a forever home are pretty specific as I am an anxious girl. I need to be with people all the time. If you think you’re the cuddly forever home for me, fill in an application. I’d love to meet you!
