About "Sassy"
"Sas" is such an adorable girl with beautiful manners. She is good with cats and a total snuggle pot. Sas was not socialised with other dogs except an aggressive male that gave her a very hard time. For this reason she is very sceptical with others and has not developed the ability to ready/speak dog language. With a dedicated amount of training she could be able to tolerate others but we believe she would be best suited to an only dog home. She walks great on the lead, is crate trained, will sit and wait for food and will cuddle on the couch with you all day. Basically Sassy really wants and needs a life long friend to show her love and let her know the world is not all a cruel place. She would suit a retired person/couple that want an only dog for companionship. Sas will need a good height fence as she has the ability to jump. PLEASE give this girl that has been let down a chance to enjoy a life of love.
Adoption details
All forms (including foster and adoption) can be found at the following link:
http://www.challyanimalrescue.org.au/adopt.php
** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
