Introducing ‘Blue’ a true blue loyal stumpy tail cattle dog estimated 4-5 years old. Blue has only been in care for a short time after being rescued from an outback pound in NSW, in this time he has been desexed, bathed, chipped and vaccinated.

He has learnt to use the dog door, so he is toilet trained and doesn't mess in the house at all.

He is in care on a lifestyle property where he has mixed very well with the resident dogs, cat and chickens. He does bark at the horses but thus far has been fine around the cattle and sheep, he loves following the quad bike around the farm popping in and out of water troughs or a swim in the dam.

Blue would be fine as an only dog so long as he had plenty of human companionship as his priority is to be closer to his carer than the other dogs.

He travels fine in the car but won’t jump in (needs lifting) which is good as he’s shown no signs of jumping or digging, he just hangs around.

He has been to the market and happily met many other dogs and people, he is not jumpy or super excited, he does pull on the lead at times and is learning to sit and stay.

Blue needs love and kindness and he will give it back tenfold, he was initially cowering a lot, indicating some mistreatment but has quickly become happy and playful wanting lots of pats and belly rubs.
