About Misty ~ Wolfhound X (on trial 19/7/2018)
This gorgeous girl is Misty, a 3 year old Wolfhound X looking for her soul mate/s. She’s such a gentle snuggly pup who just wants be around her people (preferably wrapped around…).
Misty doesn’t need all that much exercise, a daily stroll and a run around the yard or oval suits her fine. Anything more and she‘ll start sitting down and looking at the person responsible ….
Misty’s excellent on the lead, really a breeze, trotting alongside. She LOOOVES people, will go from person to person getting all the pats and cuddles, and everyone she meets falls in love with her.
Misty is friendly with other dogs and likes doggy company, but would be perfectly happy as an only dog as well. She’s great with kids. Unfortunately she definitely cannot live with cats
or pocket pets.
Misty needs 6 foot fencing as she’ll pop over anything else to join you if you put her on the other side of it! Misty just wants a peaceful life with someone to love who’ll give her smooshy kisses, cuddles and love in return.
For more information or to meet Misty, please contact her foster carer Ellen on 0468655659 or ellen.foley55@gmail.com Misty is in foster care in Newcastle area, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Misty’s adoption fee is $300 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
