About Pepper
Oh Miss Pepper you poor, darling little girl! You’re only about 18 weeks old but already you’ve had major surgery and have been lucky to come out the other side to live another day...literally.
This divine baby had an intestinal herniation through her diaphragm and required life saving, and high risk surgery on her tiny 12 week old body. Strangely, this diagnosis was better than the original...sometimes getting a second opinion can really save a life.
Thankfully she has beaten the odds stacked against her and now we’re lucky enough to know and love her to help with her ongoing recovery.
Miss Pepper is still in recovery so not quite ready to restart her life but is thriving and is almost ready to meet the surgeon again and get her lady bits tended to.
But in the mean time we would love to open her up for meet and greets with her potential furever.
She is a petite little lady who is dog friendly but cats will take a little more time. But the right friend could be exactly what the doctor ordered.
Given her journey this far Pepper would appreciate a quiet, loving, indoor life with her people and all the care she missed out on before.
She’s a special girl and she definitely deserves a special life.
Until that day, rest, eat and relax angel, we’ve got you.
Pepper is in foster care in Strathpine
