Mischa and Steele

Mischa and Steele are two lovely gentle dogs, looking for a new home either together or separately.

Mischa - Husky - Female - 9 years

Mischa is very calm and takes the back seat to her mate Steele. An easygoing girl who just wants cuddles and someone to hang out with. No puppy craziness for this chilled out girl - she’s an easy rider all the way.

She is a bit of a digger - there are a number of bucket sized holes in the back yard but none near the fence line to indicate an escape attempt. Like any good husky, she just likes a hip hole or two. To help keep this delightful hobby in check Mischa would need a home with someone home more often than not and daily walks.

Steele - Husky - Male - 2 years

Steele who is a bit more demanding of attention. Not in a bad way; just when you call Mischa over for some loving, he sort of edges his way in and she lets him.
He is energetic and playful. He allegedly fetched and plays with his toys, but if the humans are around they are much more fun to play with!
He is a typical young male with energy to burn so will need someone committed to daily walks. If he was to be separated from Mischa he would need to go to a home with another dog to keep him company.

Both are very friendly dogs. They have been living with a little dog and a young girl who they were very gentle with. Any home with children would need to be experienced coordinating the two.

Secure fencing that is 6ft and dig proof is required

Both dogs are house trained and must have access to the home

Good with older children

Not suitable to apartment living

Not suitable to be offlead in open spaces
