About Millie
Beautiful Millie came to the RSPCA with one of our amazing Inspectors. Millie was found to be living outside in very cramped conditions inside a small enclosure which she shared with several other dogs. Unfortunately Millie has received very limited, if any human contact in her short life. She is more comfortable around other dogs, in fact she needs to live with a small calm canine companion as this is what she is used to and where she feels most confident. With having experienced only canine interaction it has lead her be anxious and fearful of humans, with no human experience she is very unsure of what this different species require from her. She has spent some time with a lovely foster carer and during that time did well and started to relax a little and enjoyed sitting in her favourite spot in the sun. Now this doesn't mean she is comfortable with being patted or picked up in fact this is still very stressful for her. For this little girl there are still many obstacles for her to get over and realistically some she may never get around! However with the right owner we feel she will go on to gain more confidence and enjoyment out of life. Gorgeous Millie is now ready for the next exciting chapter in her life and that is to find her forever home. Millie is best suited to a home with no children as she requires a calm, patient and consistent household. Having a confident canine companion would be of immense help in showing Millie that humans can be trusted and loving. If you feel you could be the amazing owner Millie needs then come to RSPCA to meet her today!
