About pepper and charlie
Rabbit no.1
Name: Charlie (Desexed, with certificate of proof from Vet)
Birthday: 18th August 2014
Breed: Purebred Male Netherlands Dwarf Rabbit
Colour: Fawn
Personality: Charlie is a gentle rabbit with slightly skittish temperament. He is quite adventurous and loves jumping on to various objects. That includes your shoulder when you're sitting down on the couch! He does not like to be picked up but enjoys a good head massage between the eyes, whilst staying firmly glued to the ground. Charlie really enjoys having space to explore and run around.
Dislikes: Being picked up, dogs.
Likes: Timothy Hay, kale (but not too much), herbs (especially fresh oregano) and blueberries.
Rabbit no.2.
Name: Pepper (we tried to neuter Pepper, however the vet advised that we didnt, due to her small size and the high risk that she would lose too much blood during the procedure.)
Birthday: Unsure, sometime in 2014/2015
Breed: Purebred Female Netherlands Dwarf Rabbit
Colour: Grey
Personality: Pepper is quite the opposite in personality compared to Charlie. Pepper enjoys being picked up and cuddled. She has a very calm temperament but will not hesitate to show you if she disapproves of anything (the flicking of the back legs is a sure sign)! She likes her surroundings neat and tidy and everything in place. Pepper isn't a very outgoing rabbit and prefers peace and quiet. She generally prefers to stay in one area and doesn't do too much exploring around.
Dislikes: Her things being moved around, carrots.
Likes: Oaten Hay, dried oxbow pellets, dried apple bowls.
More Info:
We originally had Charlie since he was baby (2 months old) from a registered Victorian breeder of Netherlands Dwarf Rabbits. We recently adopted Pepper and bonded the two rabbits successfully over a period of almost two months. Needless to say, the pair are inseparable now.
Medical notes
charlie is desexed but pepper is not
