Panther lovers unite! Meet Jeremy the Wedding Crasher! Jeremy was found at a wedding reception venue, helping himself to the wedding cake! Thinking he was a feral stray and starving, the managers made attempts to trap him - only to find he sauntered right up to them for a cuddle and a scratch! With no microchip, id or anyone missing him, he received all his vet work and started his life in foster as an indoor lad of luxury.
Jeremy is super laid back, very easy to have around, loves to play and is very affectionate! While he's not the "carry around like a baby" type, he will lap up any attention he can from you, including a warm lap and cuddles while watching TV. He enjoys gentle/respectful kids of all ages. His inner kitten shines through when you bring out the toys, and he's quite happy to entertain himself while you're at work. He's very clean, and not fussy with his food.
While he hasn't met any dogs yet, he has seen other cats from afar and seems to be willing to interact. His background as a stray tom-cat might mean he needs a bit to get used to another cat, but so far so good - he does not mark furniture and uses his scratchy pole too.
Once you meet Jeremy you will fall in love...this beautiful sleek boy is a heart melter! <3

Adoption details
~ ADOPTION PROCESS ~
STEP 1: An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS ** We require all animals to have a meet & greet with their new family before they are officially adopted, no exceptions. If you are willing and able to meet the dog in person, we are happy to accomodate the adoption.
STEP 2: If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
STEP 3: A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
STEP 4: The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 4 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
STEP 5: A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
STEP 6: The Adoption is the finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this can take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
Sorry we can’t take calls, as our rescue is run entirely by volunteers, but we endeavour to respond to your email within 24 - 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW. **
