About Pearl
Pug Patrol Rescue Australia is proud to introduce our beautiful senior Pearl 🖤
Pearl is 10 years old and was an ex puppy farm girl that came into our care about 6 weeks ago. Pearl endured 10 years of producing puppies for a money hungry back yard breeder, living in a tin shed on cement floors, had never been to a vet, or even left the shed, before she was rescued by our PPRA SA team. She was described as" Pug 2" when rescued, and the team named her Pearl.
Pearl is the most darling girl and has come out of her shell in the past few weeks. Her foster Mum & Dad finally got to see her wag her tail for the first time, and slowly turn into the cheeky girl she is today.
Pearl is fully house trained, has a good appetite, loves a snuggle and has a very sweet nature. She gets along with other dogs and children, but would suit being an only dog so she can receive all the attention. She can not jump on the couch, or handle stairs, so she would need help and care in these areas.
Pearl is good an a lead, but is not sure what this walking thing is all about. She loves being driven to the park, or pushed in an old stroller, then let loose to roam through the park. Pearl MUST be an inside dog with access to outside when needed.
Pearl deserves a very special home, full of love and care, she would love a home where you are home a lot, to give her all the attention she craves.
All of Pearls vet work has been completed which included microchipping, desexing, soft palate surgery, two tumours removed, teeth scaled + cleaned and bloods done.
