About Reva *On Trial in Her New Home*
*REVA IS CURRENTLY TRIALING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* She ain't no Reva DeVito but she sure is beautiful! Reva is our special needs girl. At 3 weeks of age Reva's mother accidentally sat on her triggering a pinched nerve in her back which doesn’t cause her any pain it’s just left her with a cute wobble when she walks! Our vets have advised her exercise should be limited so due to this Reva’s current owners have never had her on a lead though a slow gentle walk a couple of houses down and back would be perfect for her, and may even help her to lose the extra kilos she’s acquired – Reva really enjoys her food!

As Reva has rarely left her backyard she’s not been socialised with other dogs nor met a cat, however she does live with caged birds and is not worried about them. We would recommend a feline-free home where she’d be the only dog. Due to her exercise issues Reva’s not travelled much in a car and can get a little stressed as it's all new to her so patience and love is what she needs in her forever home.
Adorable Reva is not your typical boisterous Staffy at all; she’s looking for a couch loving family, maybe someone that is home during the day who can give her the attention that she deserves. She’s good with children and currently lives with a 9 year old and enjoys her company. She’s not a barker which is a bonus and on the occasions that she does it’s for a reason.
Given that Staffies are happiest being with their humans and they shed little hair, we'd like to see Reva’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle continue - she's always slept inside at night in her own bed and has a doggie door to come and go as she pleases during the day. She does like toys though they’ll need to be ‘Staffy-tough’ as she’s been known to gut the odd teddy bear for entertainment!
So if you’re looking for a special fur-friend who’s happy to chill out rather than run a marathon then please download and complete a SARG Dog Adoption Application form by following this link: http://www.sarg.net.au/adopt-a-pet.html

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
