About Digger ~ 10 year old Foxie X (on trial 19/7/18)
Digger as a 10 year old loving Foxie boy. He gets along well with all dogs young or old but he prefers them to be his size. Digger is ok on short term with bigger dogs.
Digger is great with kids of all ages. He loves a cuddle and is an inside dog. Digger likes to sleep with you but is happy to sleep beside your bed. He doesn't like to be left alone for long periods of time and tends to bark if he is. Digger is fully house trained.
Digger Would suit older couple or single who is home a lot. He is overweight and on a strict diet at the moment (but still loves a treat every now and then). Digger is very obedient and just a lovely dog to have around.
For more information or to meet Digger, please contact his foster carer Nicole on nsharkey73@hotmail.com or 0414765804. Digger is in foster care in Abermain, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Digger’s adoption fee is $200 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
