About Meg
Meg is a calm, gentle girl who loves swishing around your ankles on greeting! With her gentle, serene nature, this tabby princess enjoys getting slow strokes and neck rubs. Meg likes her massages! Still only young, Meg has her moments of play where you'll see her zipping around the room, pouncing on scraps of paper. She would benefit from having a tall cat tree to scale and leap from. Meg is happy to offer affection- although she has an independent nature so affection is on her terms. Tabby miss likes to have a chat and her tiny chirps can be heard in greeting. While in foster care, she was happy to initiate contact with her foster kitty sibling so she would suit a family looking for a companion for their cat. Meg would prefer a quiet home with no children or children over the age of 12 years old. This young mum came to us with her 4 kittens and now that they have found their forever homes, she can rest easy and look for her forever home ! All cats adopted from Sydney Dogs and Cats Home come, vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, flea and worm treated, microchipped and lifetime registered with council. Before your decision is made to adopt and take home a new cat or kitten, please consider the below recommendations: •Any other cats in your household need to be up to date on their vaccinations i.e. last vaccinated at or over 5 months of age within the last 12 months. If in doubt, booster (preferably with modified live vaccine) recommended at least 2 weeks prior to adopting). •If your existing cat is immunocompromised (positive or unknown FIV status), we recommend you do not take a kitten into your home before consulting with our Shelter Vet.
