About Mimi
Meet little Mimi Moo! I'm a 4 year old teeny tiny, super chunky, British Shorthair, looking for love.
Mimi was surrendered from a breeder to a local pound, where she has remained, until being rescued by Claws N Paws. Mimi came into care terrified and uncertain, and is taking her time to trust humans again.
She is looking for a peaceful and predictable forever home. Mimi will require lots of patience, love and most importantly, time to adjust to her new life. Mimi has shown great interest in her foster family's feline and would be happy in a home on her own or with other cats.
Whilst Mimi is affectionate, she does have boundaries. She is not one to enjoy being held or placed on your lap but will jump at the chance to have a cuddle.
She has the potential to be a very loving companion in her forever home, given time, persistence, patience and love.
Pet Profile: British Shorthairs https://www.tica.org/en/cat-breeds/item/190-british-shorthair-introduction
Despite the roly-poly look of these gorgeous cats, British shorthairs are not a super-cuddly breed and don't like too much handling. However the breed was affectionate and make exceptionally good companions that would happily sit with you.
Their low maintenance level makes British shorthairs the perfect cat for modern lifestyles. They are happy to live inside and be left home alone while you're at work, and happy to live in a smaller home or apartment. They generally get on well with other animals.
