About Hank D0581 adopted 12/9/18
This is Hank. Hank is a lovely, beautiful natured dog who is great with other dogs and also children. Hank just wants to be someone's best buddy and prefers to have his humans close by most of the time. He would be an ideal companion dog for a household where someone works from home, or for active retirees who can give him a daily walk. (Hank does pull a little on lead but this is improving). He has good manners and will sit, stay, shake paws, and knows how to catch a ball when thrown.
Hank came to us rather thin and so loves his food! (He has gained weight now he's in care and looks wonderful). He also had a few nicks and scrapes, and the tip of one of his canine teeth is missing. It appears he may have been to the school of hard knocks! Things have sure changed for Hank now though and he enjoys lapping up the love in his foster care home, especially from the bloke in the home who he follows around devotedly. Hank would certainly love a permanent home with someone around most of the time for company.
Hank will let you know when someone is around your property. He is house trained and an all round sweet boy.
