About Bounty ~ Shar Pei x (on trial 7/7/18)
Hi! I’m Bounty but I look a little like Shaggy from Scooby Doo! I'm a lot cuter than him though. I'm only 5 months old and love to snuggle with you. I am very dedicated to my family and love to please them
I love chasing a ball and all squeeky toys, love mt squeeky toys, did somebody say toys?? I want more TOYS!!!
I'm very affectionate and love my night time cuddles. I can be lazy and drag myself across your lap and plop down for a sleep wherever I am. I'm not a nuisance barker but will protect you from horrible things like shopping trolleys, my foster mum doesn't like them either!
My brother Boost and I look to be the pawfect blend of Shar Pei cross. My new family will need to take us places to see new and exciting things so that we become the best family doggy we can be.
If you would love for me to be a part of your family, I'd love to tell you what I am looking for:
* Someone who can spend loads of time teaching me as I love to learn.
* A family would be great but older kids are preferred as I'm only a baby myself.
* I'd prefer somebody home but if you have a furry friend to keep me occupied then that would be ok too.
* I need good fencing (colourbond or timber) as I am going to grow into a big boy when I'm older.
I love to play fetch and I am learning to sit and wait for my food - not as easy as they think!
Boost and I have made a pact not to go to a home that is too busy to spend time with us. I hope you can understand.
As I’m not yet desexed, I am only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because I’ll need to be returned to the vet for desexing when I’m approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet me, please send the application form http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt.html to my foster mum Kelly on adoptmefromkelly@hotmail.com I am currently in foster care at Central Coast
My adoption fee is $550 and includes my desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and I have been treated for fleas and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
