Reggie

Hi everyone! My name is Reggie and I am an active and playful 12 month old West Highland Terrier x. I am a gorgeous boy and a small to medium size.
I am best suited to a loving family where there is someone home most of the time. I am OK with older children around 10 years+ because I adore chasing the ball and playing with my toys - a game of tug is always on the agenda!!
I came as a very anxious boy and over time have relaxed in my home environment. I love a bath and my foster mum is gradually getting my fur trimmed as I get used to the clippers. I am still unsure about things when I am on a walk, so a quiet environment with short walks is essential until I gradually get used to things around me. My foster mum is happy to help my new family with training in this area. Treats can work wonders with me!!
I think I'm a bit of a pin up boy and I have the added charm of being very smart. I sit and wait when I'm told and I know who will give me the biggest cuddles!!
I am currently living with 2 older, larger dogs but am not a fan of the cat. I also don't mind the car.
If you are considering meeting me with a view to adopting, you MUST be prepared to put in the work with my training. I have come such a long way and want to be able to feel safe and happy in a range of environments.
