Aussie are pretty friendly people and will have a chat to anyone in the street, well Cheeky is not much different than these locals. She loves all people and defiantly says hello to strangers. Her tail and tongue do all the talking! Prepare for her happiness to rub off on you, her smile in contagious.

Cheeky is a young energetic girl who loves trips to the park to stretch her legs or a bush walk adventures to keep that sniffer knows working.

With dogs she is happy to make friends with them but can be a little funny about sharing mum and dad with strange dogs. This is very easy to fix once in a new environment and surrounded by a new family. The way she plays remains you of her instincts. She will herd other dogs in play. This can get a bit too much for the teeny tiny dogs. This is the same with cats, she is not reactive towards them but when they run the chase is the to contain. She would love nothing more than a family that would like to participate is some agility classes to show off her engagement, speed and agile movements.

She is great in the car and ready to come along for any trip! She enjoys trips to the river for a splash in the water. The beach is fun too but only knee height as the waves are a bit more daunting. Cheeky has grown up around children and has been trained to help the parents out in the cleaning up department- kids faces are always ‘clean’!

She currently is a happy quiet dog that spends her days outside and sleeps in the garage but she would love nothing more then to spend these cold nights tucked inside with you. Cheeky, like most of us need to loose a few kilos but unlike for us, this will be easy with a good diet. She loves her fruit and vegies so this will be a treat, we just have to lay of the carbs she loves so much.

Cheeky is in search of a home where she is part of the family adventures on the weekend and has enough companionship, canine or human to keep her happy during the week. As she's a working breed, she needs an active family with daily walks or outings. Her family should be committed to her ongoing training, stimulation and exercise routines.

Another playful dog at home would be ideal or someone home most days. Cheeky needs a comfy, warm bed inside for snoozing and loads of family time which includes cuddles!
