Dolores and Vanessa

Dolores is a Rhode Island Reds, and Vanessa is a Rhode cross Australorpe. These girls are looking for a home together, as they are best friends and never far apart from one another. They sadly need to find a new home as their family is going on holidays. These girls arrived in great condition, but have been treated for internal and external parasites, like all incoming chooks. They are super well handled and friendly, definitely used to being pets and getting lots of love (and kitchen scraps). They really need someone who appreciates chicken friendship. Vanessa, the black girl, in particular has been very spoilt and loved, and shows no fear. Absolutely gorgeous girls, adopt them soon as my resolve not to keep more chooks at the shelter is waning!
