Edison

This beautiful fluffy cloud of a cat is Edison!
Edison came to the RSPCA after living in an industrial area! He was very timid and spent time in foster care for socialization, and realized he loves the comforts of a home environment!
Edison's first reaction is often to hiss first, and he still struggles a bit with human approaches as many timid cats do. He is however a gentle boy, and once you are sitting with him, he is a purr-bucket. He loves wand and pretty much all cat toys. He is also food motivated and amenable to a bit of bribery!
Edison loves other cats and is very polite/friendly them. He was best friends with the adult cat in the foster home, and the two of them loved playing together! He was also very nice to the small dog in his foster home.
Edison needs a very special family. It will take time for him to get comfortable with his people and environment, and he will likely hide a lot at first.
He therefore will need a quiet adult only home where he is allowed to take his time to bond with his people. He would preferably live with another young playful cat. Edison needs to be a strictly indoor cat. Sometimes the most special relationships are those where you have to work to gain their trust, and Edison hopes to be given the chance to blossom in his new home.
