About Pickle
Hello! My name is Pickle,
I have had a rough start to life. I came to Lort Smith with a broken leg after being hit by a car, and my owners never came back for me. I sat in hospital for a long time before they could fix my leg, now after eight weeks of crate confinement and physio, I am finally ready to find my forever home!
At first I didn't have any experience of the world, but I am learning manners, how to interact with other dogs, basic obedience, and how to walk nicely on the lead. My new carer/s ideally need have lots of time, patience, and energy to ensure I continue to grow into a well-mannered, well-socialised dog. I would benefit from being an only fur child, or with an older dog who can teach me the ropes. I am very boisterous so would not be suited to a home with cats/small animals or small children as I wouldn't like to hurt anyone by accident.
I have so much love to give, I am the best cuddler! I will happily while away the hours snuggled up to my people on the couch.
If I sound like the girl for you, please give the Adoption Hub a call on 9321 7240 to arrange a meet and greet with me.
Medical notes
Fully recovered from leg surgery.
