About Cleo
Cleo is an absolute delight of a little lady!
When Cleo first came into foster care, she was shy, timid and very jumpy. Over the weeks, however, she has come out of her shell and is now a sweet, affectionate companion who sleeps with you on the bed at night time and has even been known to curl up in your lap from time to time! She's still not sure about being picked up, but if her progress to date is anything to go by, she may well enjoy this in time (she'll let you know when she's ready, I'm sure! ).
Cleo is about 10 months old and is a little purr machine. She really gets her little motor running when she's around her human! She's also still very playful, showing her adorable kitten-like qualities, and her favourite toy is a hanging cork on a string that she likes to play totem tennis with! She can also muster a very amusing pathetic little long meow that will melt your heart and make you laugh, as she often leaves her tongue sticking out just a little, for effect!
Despite her development into a more gregarious little lady, Cleo still needs a calm and quiet environment and would therefore be best suited to a single person or couple home, or a family with older children who will handle her gently. Although she's been an only cat in foster care, she should be fine with other feline companions and has been around dogs, but does get troubled if they're a little too boisterous! It is recommended that Cleo be an indoor cat.
