Hi, my name is Buffy, I’m an affectionate Johnson Bulldog X Staffy.
I am currently living with 2 other dogs and I love playing with them outside. I also love my night time cuddles with my humans and snuggle up in their arms. I am a quick learner and can sit on command. I have learnt what “No” and “Bed” means and am learning to shake hands for treats. I am very inquisitive and love to explore the backyard. I am currently being toilet trained and am grasping the concept reasonably well despite not being in a crate. I love going in the car and usually end up going to sleep.
I am not afraid of loud noises but I do steer clear of the vacuum cleaner...it is bigger than me!! I walk well on a lead and enjoy experiencing new sights and smells. I am great with kids and have lots of fun with them. I love attention and in return give lots of cuddles and smooches, I’m too cute to resist. Adoption details
~ ADOPTION PROCESS ~
STEP 1: An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS ** We require all animals to have a meet & greet with their new family before they are officially adopted, no exceptions. If you are willing and able to meet the dog in person, we are happy to accomodate the adoption.
STEP 2: If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
STEP 3: A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
STEP 4: The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 4 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
STEP 5: A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
STEP 6: The Adoption is the finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this can take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
