Alakai

Alakai came into our care through the local pound and after lots of love and care from our amazing veterinary team and animal attendants he is now ready and waiting to find his forever home! Alakai is a friendly big guy but can be aloof at times so it will be important for his new family to have experience with large breed dogs and how to provide a calm and consistent home with appropriate leadership and boundaries. He would love a family that is able to let him settle in at his own pace and to provide plenty of positive based training. Alakai is a people orientated dog and enjoys spending time with his family more so than other dogs but could potentially live with another calm mature dog pending a meet first and if there are children in the home we would love to meet them too.
