About Shadow ~ Labrador x (on trial 3/6/2018)
Introducing Shadow a 2 year old young lady we affectionately call Shaddie, she has a heart of gold and a sweet nature. Shadow is a black Labrador x who has a smooth short coat that feels like velvet, she loves a cuddle and will sleep for hours.
Shaddie came into care with some training, she can shake, sit is toilet trained and she is a fast learner.
Shadow adores her foster dad and foster brother. She gets along well with the 2 dogs she is currently living with and everyone she meets including children. She sleeps inside in the house and spends her time both indoors lazing on the lounge and in the yard exploring. Shadow would be best suited to an active family that need some love in their lives.
Shadow would be suited for a family, single person, young or old, she is just a darling, her foster dad would keep her and adopt out her foster brother and sister. She is a loving and gorgeous young lady
For more information or to meet Shadow please contact her foster carer Karen at superweb@bigpond.com Shaddie is located near Maitland and is available for adoption interstate.
Shadow’s adoption fee is $450 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
