About Jet
Jet
Cat Friendly
Older children/Teenage Family
Fulltime/Part time workers.
Jet, a big lovable puppy! He is predominantly black, with a splash of white on his chest and his toes, he is around 34 kilo's and is a big friendly giant (BFG). Jet just loooves to run, he is so full of energy and loves the water! He just loves water in any form, in a clamshell, in a dam, maybe even in an Olympic pool! but he is just a 'water baby'. He gets so excited and is an active fella, a family who are busy and active and include Jet in their daily activities would be the best for Jet. He needs lots of activity and stimulation to keep him on the "straight and narrow". Being a "puppy at heart" you can imagine he likes to be busy and entertained. He loves toys and lots of them will be great to keep him busy, if you aren't around.
Jet loves his humans so much, part time and maybe people working from home would give Jet the company he so loves, but in saying that, full time workers would be fine as well, with lots of toys for Jet to keep him amused whilst you are away.
Daily exercise is a must for Jet, a big back yard where he can run around to his hearts content, a few zoomies here and there, but running is one of his loves, and this helps him too with all this energy he has. He is probably not your typical hound "couch potato" because of his enthusiasm for life itself, just such a happy, busy boy! Another love is men! He just gets on so well with male humans, you could say a "blokie bloke" or a "MANS best friend" lol.
As he is a big boy and very active, a family with older children/teenagers would be the best deal for him as he has a lot of energy and is a big baby himself.
Jet would be happy as an only dog, as he is just so human orientated or would be happy with another large canine friend as well. Jet is not really keen on small dogs, so a home with no small dogs would be best. But the best thing is, Jet is cat friendly, and is living with kitties at his foster home at the moment.
Jet will make you laugh, he will bring much happiness and love to your family, he will be so keen to learn and discover what a busy and happy life is all about.
