About Gizzy DL1907
Can you foster or adopt Gizzy?
This beautiful boy is friendly with cats and dogs and enjoys having a little dog buddy for company. He is okay with kids and other pets.
Gizzy is house trained and loves riding in cars. He doesn't slobber out the window like big dogs do, he'd rather curl up on the backseat and doze off - he's the perfect passenger. He loves walking, is good on the lead, and trots along quite quickly for short legs!
Although he is a delightful little guy, Gizzy can become vocal when left at home, so he is looking for a place where someone is home more often and can dedicate time to working on this with him. You must also be committed to his ongoing grooming and care (he was super well behaved in the mobile dog wash).

Adoption details
ADOPTION:
1. Email DFLadoption@gmail.com to contact our Adoption Team & we will send you an expression of interest form to return
2. Successful applicants will then have a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer, along with a volunteer home visit & fence check, before beginning a trial period with the dog to ensure a great match for all involved.
DFL dogs are vaccinated, micro chipped & desexed prior to adoption (or at 6 months as a condition of adoption).
FOSTER:
If a dog is listed as "Foster Carer Needed", they are looking for a temporary home in Perth metro while their vet work is completed and while they wait for their forever home. They may also be fostered with the view to adoption. Please email us for more information.

2. Foster care applicants will then have a volunteer home visit & fence check, and a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer/rescue representative, before commencing foster care.
