About Barry
Barry is a beautiful natured boy who just adores other dogs and people. He was a little reserved upon entry to foster care but after finding his feet; oh the joy and happiness excelled from him.
He is currently in foster care with a variety of dogs and his best friend is currently another Kelpie x puppy. He plays well with other dogs puppies and adults and is also respectful of seniors.
He has been exposed to young children, work men on the foster home property, chickens behind a cooped fence and also horses. And is fine with all.
Being so young he would adjust to a variety of different homes but would particularly enjoy one with another friendly and social dog. We are sure he would socialise well in a home with cats kids and various other animals.
Being a high energy breed, he will need active and well stimulated household. One that exercises him daily both mentally and physically and maybe one that can introduce him to the world of dog sports;although this isn't a set requirement for his new home
He must be allowed inside at night so he feels the comforts of the home. He is already adjusting well to his basic obedience, inside manners and toilet training also.
Barry is located on the Central Coast and his adoption fee is $400.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
