Ruby is a very sweet natured young 8 year old Border Collie.

She can be unsure of new people and can be stand offish but when she warms up to you she is totally in love with you. She is very faithful to her loved ones and gets along great with other dogs both big and small.

Her recall and walking on a lead are great.

Ruby has never be exposed to young kids before she came into care, so we wouldn’t recommend her for a family with young children.

She is not used to loud noises so will need some work getting used to these so a quiet home may suit her best.

Ruby has been around cats while in care, she hasn't chased them but will stalk them if allowed.

Ruby is happy being at able to get both inside and out during the day and would spend all night outside chasing possums if we let her. She knows how to use a doggie door and is totally house trained.

Loves to be in the car with the window down and hanging her head in the breeze.
