About Marvin DL1906
Hello humans this is Good Boy. Or Marvin. Or boofa.
I am so very full of love and loyalty and I need someone to give it to! I sleep quite a
lot, and love hanging on the couch with my (big squishy) head on a human or
hanging off the side. I’ll be your best friend, always at your side and ready to accept
your affection. I love to rest my forehead against chests, which makes people
swoon. I’m trying to learn this thing called ‘personal space’ that my foster mums
tell me about. At first I was quite anxious when my family went out, but I’ve learnt
that my humans always come back so I’m getting better at ‘me time’.
I love to run and sniff in parks as well, and am always so grateful after a walk. And
I don’t pull you too much either! I rarely use my voice, but on the few occasions I
do its very deep and loud and would surely scare away intruders. I’m not phased by
a lot - bikes and children I’ve met at the park don’t worry me. I’m also shy about
my poos and like to hide them in bushes - which I think my foster mums are
grateful for.
I’m with my foster family after I was found roaming the streets and no one came
looking for me. The pound was very scary but I feel much better in a home with a
warm bed. I am good with my foster family of dogs and cats, but I’m still trying to
learn not to intercept the other pups from getting attention (I cant help it, pats are so
good - I even found a bush that will pat me if i stand right). I learnt my name and to
sit very quickly, so you could easily train me as you like.
I have a very concerned expression on my wrinkly face, but I show my happiness
with my helicopter tail, and you’ll sometimes even catch me smile. I’m very strong
and fit, and stand at my (short) foster mums knee. Did I mention I love food? I’m
not fussy there.
I think I’d make someone the most perfect loyal companion. I’d love to meet you! If you'd love to meet me too, contact my friends at DFL and tell them Marvin sent you!
