Hi there, my name is Drake

I am a playful affectionate boy looking for a new home. Unfortunately I found myself at Lort Smith when my carers could no longer give me the time and enrichment that I needed.

I am part kelpie so I have a lot of energy to burn! I will benefit from an active lifestyle and ongoing socialisation with doggy and human friends.

My ideal handler would be someone who can take me to obedience training so I can show you how smart I am. I am also very sociable and love meeting friendly dogs at the park and on my walks.

I don't think I would be very good around cats or small animals - the thrill of the chase might be a bit too tempting. But I am open to sharing a family with another confident playful doggy friend.
