About Daisy
Daisy has a very sweet nature but is a little shy and timid at first. She needs a patient owner who will give her lots of gentle TLC to help her come out of her shell and get used to her new environment.
In time Daisy's beautiful personality will blossom and her courage will grow.
Although Daisy does know some of her basic commands, we strongly recommend Daisy attends obedience training where she can learn to mix with other new dogs and people under controlled conditions.
Due to Daisy's light colouration she is prone to skin cancer and needs an owner who has a sun smart lifestyle. Daisy will need to be kept in the shade or indoors as much as possible in the summer months, and have pet safe sun screen applied to her nose and ears regularly. We also recommend that Daisy gets 6 monthly check ups on her skin with a veterinarian, to ensure any early signs of skin cancer can be caught and treated.
