Xavier

When 3 year old Xavier first came to foster care, he was very nervous and timid. But in 2 weeks, the difference has been amazing. He has gotten over his fear of people and enjoys leisurely walks in his neighbourhood. Now Xavier is a fun loving cheeky boy and loves to collect things. He plays with and stashes his toys out on his bed on the deck!

Xavier interacts well with other dogs and during a visit to a recent FOTH promotional event, he was very well behaved and brave. Xavier travels very well in the car and has even learnt how to jump in and out himself. While he may not be motivated by food, he does enjoy the occasional brisket bone or treat.

When his people arrive home after being out, he puts his helicopter tail to good use and gets so excited! He also loves cuddles of his people and loves to follow them around the house.

Xavier walks well on the lead and seems to be pretty chilled out with other dogs while walking. Xavier is like a puppy with curiosity and now he isn’t so scared anymore, he will check out new things and people.

Xavier is a lovely boy that will make someone very happy!
