About Banjo
Lovely chap who just loves to give affection to humans and is equally happy interacting with other dogs. Happy to go and say hello and play with even the biggest (and smallest) dogs around.
Very well behaved for his age and is incredibly easy to train. He has already got sit, lie (down), stay and giving paw down to a tee and will happily patiently wait for his dinner until he is told had can eat it. We are working on his lead training at the moment which does require a little work, but mostly because of his age he gets a little excited in new places and tends to try to ‘trot’ off in front.
Still a bit clumsy and sometimes forgets that his back end is connected to the front, but is a pleasure to have around the house. Constantly makes us laugh with his cheeky ways and heavy footedness. He likes to sleep (and snore!) and goes through the night inside with no problems at all.
Is really good off lead, we have taken him to the dog beach on many occasions and whilst he loves to explore, will never go far and always come back. He’s not too sure about swimming yet, although he will happily get in the water.
He loves to play with our two, sometimes they become a bit much for him and he just goes to sit down and relax.
It should be noted that he will be a BIG dog when fully grown and would therefore be good for someone who is confidfent with larger breeds, but that said his temprement means that he will be a very easy dog to have around the house, such a calm and gentle boy.
