Jarod has some behavior issues that will need continued support from his adopter in his new home.
'I'm Jarrod (also known as Jerry Berry by my foster mom). I've got kind eyes and a beautiful coat, but don't let my looks fool ya, coz I'm quite a shy fella.
I'm still on my "L" plates with ways of life. I know how to use the pee pads and to go potty outside when you take me for walks. But I still need some help with walking on a leash and making friends with strange hoomans or doggos. I need your time, love and your patience as I've not been taken great care of and haven't been taught these things. I've never been hugged or cuddled before, so you'll need to slowly get me to open up, and to enjoy some TLC. I will need a quiet home without kids where I can slowly settle.
Play time is the best and I love my toys ( especially my chicken and my cuddly zebra) - this is also the best way to get me out of hiding, when I'm under the couch. I like boiled chicken and some peanut butter with treats. I'm still a 6 month old pup - so I'd love it if you shower me with lots of kindness and love an experienced owner would be best for me.'
