Matilda

Matilda to the RSPCA through our inspectorate as her previous owner wasn't able to care for her, she was in poor condition when she arrived. After lots of love and care from our amazing veterinary team and animal attendants she is now now ready and waiting to find her forever home! Matilda is a sweet and inquisitive girl but can be a little reserved and unsure when it comes to handling so is looking for a family that can help gently guide her on the right track so that she can gain her confidence to become her best canine self. Because she has had limited exposure to the outside world and new people it will be important for her new owners to take things nice and slow, allowing her to settle in at her own pace so that she doesn't become overwhelmed and can build positive associations with new experiences. Enrolling Matilda in puppy school will not only be an important tool in training and socialisation but will also be a great bonding experience for her and her new owners. Matilda is a smart girl with a curious nature so would love a home that can provide plenty of interesting enrichment to help keep her physically but also mentally stimulated.
