Hi

My name is Jet and I am a fabulous older dog looking for just the right home. I am mostly German Shepherd but I am mixed with Kelpie so I still have plenty of energy to burn. I'd love a home where someone is available to play and walk with me every day.

I am exceedingly healthy but I am concerned if you try to open my mouth or play with my tail. I can be a bit cranky and turn quickly to ask you to 'stop it right now'. The staff are working on making me feel better about being touched all over and I know that it will be easier once I find my own human family to love and trust.

I walk very nicely past other dogs but would prefer not to live with other pets because I am pretty fantastic all by myself. I love to play and really no-one would know that I am 8 years old.
